The first property is located in the Los Angeles county city of Glendora and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms within 1,280 square feet. If using FHA financing there is a repair escrow of $3,300 and the property is eligible for FHA's 203K program. The original appraisal value for this property was $35,000 and is now offered for sale at $21,000-a full 40% below appraised value. Case #043-737310 

 

And don't forget-HUD will credit buyers up to 3% towards buyers closing costs!
